Philosophy

I merge data with heart to build digital experiences that matter. My sweet spot? Where scientific precision meets creative fire. I’m a lifelong student of human behavior and champion better tomorrows, crafting digital solutions for brands that genuinely care about their impact. You can think of me as your digital accomplice. Equal parts strategist, designer, and future optimist.

meet: Colleen

I started my career at Nutritious Life, a women's digital wellness company, where I built global brand partnerships across and marketing campaigns reaching customers in 24 countries, and developed content programs that grew engagement 400%. It taught me how to think strategically about partnerships while executing the day-to-day work of actually making them successful.

After Nutritious Life, I started consulting for food, health, and hospitality brands—working on everything from brand positioning to campaign development to go-to-market strategy. I've helped restaurants refine their brand design, worked with a pet food startup on content strategy, and consulted for CPG brands on lifecycle marketing.

One notable partnership was with Tovala. I worked alongside our creative team on brand campaigns and seasonal launches while leading marketplace marketing strategy, a subsidiary brand connecting 40+ food vendors with subscribers and building programs that generated $1.2M in first-year revenue. I learned how to balance brand storytelling with performance marketing, and how to coordinate across product, design, ops, and marketing to bring integrated campaigns to life.

What makes me effective: I studied nutrition science, so I understand food systems and the behavioral psychology of how people make choices.

I'm equally comfortable developing brand positioning frameworks and project managing campaign timelines. I can write creative briefs that inspire great work and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute on time. I can present a strategy to leadership and give actionable feedback to creative partners.

What I'm looking for: A brand manager role at a mission-driven food or wellness company where I can contribute strategic thinking and hands-on execution long-term. I'm drawn to brands that prioritize accessibility over exclusivity, operational excellence alongside creative work, and making healthy eating feel achievable rather than aspirational.

If that sounds like your team, let's connect.

I believe the most important ingredient in life is time (and a good flaky finishing salt).
